Refund & Return Policy

At Lock n Load Hangers, we maintain a Strict No-Refund and No-Return Policy. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, "send backs," or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned. This includes:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

• Orders placed by mistake.

• Dissatisfaction with shipping times.

• Incorrect item or color selection by the customer.

2. No "Send Backs" Accepted

Our fulfillment centers are not equipped to process returns. Any items sent back to our facility without express written consent from our team will be refused or discarded. No refund or credit will be issued for unauthorized "send backs."

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives physically damaged or defective, we do not offer a refund. We will, however, provide a one-time replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

2. Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage.

3. Provide a photo of the original shipping label and packaging.

4. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled. No refunds will be issued for "Returned to Sender" shipments.
